Grégoire Hansen is an Associate in the Firm's Litigation and Restructuring Group. Grégoire is involved in restructuring, finance and insolvency cross-border matters, including English and French debt workouts. His experience includes acting for bondholders, corporates and investment funds.

Grégoire is bilingual (French/English) and fluent in Spanish and German.

Advising Octopus Investments in connection with the internal reorganization of their French photovoltaic plants portfolio.

Representing the US subsidiaries of a French insolvent company in a litigation with their creditors relating to the annual percentage rate of the loan documentation.

Advising a major French insurance company in relation to corporate governance issues
