Biography

Gracie Aguero is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Corporate group in the Boston office.

Gracie advises private and public company clients in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including debt and equity financings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities compliance. Gracie has represented clients in varying industries including blockchain, medical technology, financial services, and gaming, among others.

In addition to her corporate practice, Gracie represents clients in immigration matters on a pro bono basis. While at Boston University School of Law, Gracie was the president of the Women’s Law Association and a member of the Boston University Law Review. 

Representation

Advised clients in the blockchain industry on regulatory compliance, including with respect to securities and money transmitter regulations.

Represented emerging growth companies in venture financing transactions.

Assisted public companies with beneficial ownership reporting and other SEC disclosure and reporting obligations.

Assisted clients with entity formation and ongoing corporate governance.
