Corporate
Graciela Aguero is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Practice Group.
Gracie advises private and public company clients in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including securities compliance, debt and equity financings, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Gracie has represented clients in varying industries including medical technology, financial services, blockchain and gaming, among others.
In addition to her corporate practice, Gracie represents clients in immigration matters on a pro bono basis. While at Boston University School of Law, Gracie was the president of the Women’s Law Association and a member of the Boston University Law Review.

Assisted public companies with beneficial ownership reporting and other SEC disclosure and reporting obligations.
Represented emerging growth companies in venture financing transactions.
Advised clients in the blockchain industry on regulatory compliance, including with respect to securities and money transmitter regulations.
