Endicott “Kit” Peabody focuses his practice on representing commercial banks, other major lending institutions, private equity firms, and public and private companies in structuring, documenting and negotiating secured, unsecured and multi-tranche financing transactions, real estate transactions, problem loan restructurings, loan workouts, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Kit was an associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP.


Represented agent in $800 million multi-lender revolving credit facility for a national retail company.

Represented lender under $42 million revolving credit and term loan facility in connection with the workout and ultimate liquidation of assets of greeting card manufacturer.

Represented agent in $75 million syndicated loan facility to finance the acquisition of equipment by an aviation maintenance and repair company.

Represented mezzanine lender in the financing of manufacturing facilities.

Represented second lien lender in a $27.5 million financing transaction to a childrens’ clothing company.

Represented senior lender in a $100 million financing transaction to a national logistics company.

Represented mezzanine fund in a $35 million cross border facility to a European clothing manufacturer.

Represented mezzanine fund in a $60 million multi-tranche facility to an aerospace parts manufacturer.

Represented private investment fund in connection with the acquisition of certain fund portfolios, a related multi-currency revolving credit facility and corporate governance issues.
