Emily Holt is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Restructuring group in the Boston office.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Emily served as the Executive Note Editor of Boston College Law School’s Journal of Law and Social Justice and participated in the 2015 National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Tournament. She also was a student attorney for Boston College Legal Services LAB. In this role, she advised and represented clients in a variety of civil cases, including family law, landlord-tenant disputes, Social Security disability appeals, and domestic violence prevention and conducted various phases of civil litigation. Emily also served as a judicial intern at the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
