As the Chief Talent Officer, Emily Daughters leads the Firm's training and development initiatives. Emily heads a team of former practicing lawyers who work collaboratively with firm leadership to engage and retain motivated lawyers who provide outstanding counsel and service to clients. 

Emily is a strategic resource for the firm and cultivates Brown Rudnick's deeply ingrained culture of collaboration, communication, and collegiality. Emily shepherds our most important asset - our people - nurturing leadership, identifying motivators, and expanding personal skills.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Emily served as an Associate Development Manager at Goodwin. Before transitioning to professional development, Emily practiced as a litigator at Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar and Krokidas & Bluestein.
