Bryce McCullagh is an associate in Brown Rudnick's Corporate Group.  Bryce’s previous experience focuses on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraising, corporate re-organisations and general commercial matters.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Bryce was a solicitor at Macfarlanes LLP.


Advising Queensgate Investments LLP on its €450 million acquisition of Generator Hostels from Patron Capital and co-investment partner, Invesco Real Estate.

Advising Arix Bioscience Plc on its initial public offering and admission to trading on the standard segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Arix raised total gross proceeds of £100 million in its oversubscribed initial public offering.

Advising Midatech Pharma Plc on it’s £16 million private placing and open offer on AIM.

Advising an UHNW client on a corporate reorganisation of its £4 billion group holdings.

Representing both investors and investee companies in connection with numerous venture capital transactions.

Advising Avon Products, Inc. on its disposal of Liz Earle, its wholly-owned, UK-based, natural skincare brand to Walgreen Boots Alliance for £140 million.

Advising clients on the purchase of the Media Village site from the BBC for £87 million by way of a joint venture arrangement.

Advising Perella Weinberg Partners LP on its role as financial adviser to US medical device maker Medtronic, Inc. on its $42.9 billion acquisition of Dublin-based Covidien Plc.
