Litigation & Arbitration

Arjun Sivakumar is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Commercial Litigation Group in the Orange County office and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Diverse Attorneys Working Network.

Arjun handles all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts, including but not limited to drafting complaints and responsive pleadings, taking and defending depositions, managing written discovery, reviewing produced evidence, drafting and arguing dismissal and summary judgment motions, preparing for trial, and appellate briefing and argument. Arjun always aims to resolve matters through negotiations with opposing counsel, allowing his clients to avoid the expense and delay of unnecessary litigation.
