Biography

Anne-Charlotte Augustin is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s International Disputes group in the Paris office.

Ann-Charlotte specialises in commercial arbitration and commercial litigation. She has advised and represented clients in various countries, mainly under the ICC Rules.

Her practice has a particular focus on oil and gas, construction and aerospace disputes.
After graduating from Duke University School of Law and Nanterre University School of Law, Anne-Charlotte was admitted to the New York Bar and the Paris Bar in 2014 and 2016, respectively
Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Anne-Charlotte served as a Dispute Resolution and Litigation Trainee at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. In this position, she assisted in drafting arbitral memorandums in commercial arbitration and legal briefs in I.P law and has experience on working on various cases including compliance and litigation.

Anne-Charlotte also served as an International Arbitration Trainee at Winston & Strawn LLP. In this position, she assisted in drafting arbitral awards and litigation briefs, compiling internal notes pertaining to the duty of arbitrators in a DIAC proceeding, legal research in commercial and investment arbitration matters.

Anne-Charlotte’s native language is French and she is fluent in English.
