Biography

Adam M. Grandy is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s Finance group.
 
Adam has experience representing commercial lenders, private equity and venture capital firms, private companies and investors in a broad range of leveraged finance and debt finance transactions, including syndicated lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters.

Prior to Brown Rudnick, Adam was an associate at Locke Lord LLP.

Representation

Represented borrowers in syndicated lending transactions, including:

a $450 million financing in favor of a software product development company

a $375 million financing in favor of a telecommunications company

a $190 million financing for a medical device company

Represented agents and arrangers in syndicated lending transactions, including:

a $250 million financing in favor of a mining company

a $320 million financing in favor of a telecommunications device company

a $290 million financing in favor of a men’s clothier

Represented private equity and venture capital firms in connection with acquisition financing transactions, including:

a $22 million acquisition of a food seasoning company

a $11 million acquisition of a provider of a technology solutions for the marketing industry

a $4 million acquisition of a multi-therapeutic clinical trial management company
