Continuity of Client Service
PUBLISHED ON: 03/23/2020
Brown Rudnick has been closely monitoring the worldwide spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) since late January. We have made arrangements that will allow personnel in all of our offices to work remotely.
We are being proactive and taking every measure possible to be good corporate citizens and protect the health and well-being of our employees, our clients, and our communities. We have prepared for challenges such as this by enhancing our secure technology infrastructure, enabling our lawyers and staff to provide exceptional client service no matter where we might be working. An office services team will continue to work at our offices for the receipt of documents and to direct enquiries.
Our clients now face unprecedented financial and operational challenges. Client needs of this depth will test any law firm, but we have long prided ourselves on being creative problem solvers, and are well-positioned to bring exceptional service and value to existing and new clients.
Although our decision reflects an abundance of caution and concern, our clients should continue to expect the highest level of service during these challenging times.
- Our offices will remain open so long as local circumstances permit, but almost all personnel will be working remotely.
- You can continue to reach your Brown Rudnick contacts at their regular office phone number and email.
- We have protocols for approving necessary travel, and have enhanced our teleconferencing and videoconferencing capacities.
As always, we value our relationships with you. Should you have any questions, please reach out to your regular Brown Rudnick contacts.
