Brown Rudnick represented nanoMR, an Albuquerque based developer of a novel system for rapid isolation of low-prevalence analytes or cells in heterogeneous samples, in connection with its cross-border $24 million acquisition by British firm DNA Electronics Ltd. Integration of the two organizations creates an 80+ strong team with facilities in the UK and the USA that will operate under the DNAe brand, and will integrate nanoMR's technology with DNAe's own to create a complete blood-to-result solution. The Brown Rudnick team representing nanoMR was led by partners Tom Meyers, Phil Flink and Vince Guglielmotti, and included associates Jason McCaffrey and Michael Cohen.
