Brown Rudnick is representing the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 case of Briggs & Stratton Corporation, the world’s leading producer of small gasoline engines including Vanguard, Ferris, Snapper, Allmand, Billy Goat and Simplicity.

The seven-member official committee of unsecured creditors in the Briggs & Stratton chapter 11 case selected Brown Rudnick as legal advisor after hearing pitches Monday (8/10/2020). New York Partner Robert Stark appeared during the first day hearing on behalf of an ad hoc group of holders of 30% of the $195 million 6.875% unsecured notes due December 2020.
