Please join us for a roundtable discussion that will delve into key ethical and economic issues which arise in third party funding cases in international arbitration. The panel comprising representatives from third party funders, a professor of law and member of the Task Force on Third-Party Funding of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) and an arbitration practitioner from private practice will offer insights from diverse perspectives and provide updates on the most recent developments in this area.

The discussion will be held at the Millennium Hotel Conference Center, followed by a cocktail reception at the 47th floor office of Brown Rudnick LLP which offers spectacular views across the New York skyline, located a mere three minutes away from the Millennium Hotel.

Places are limited.  Please respond by March 30th to: ksouza@brownrudnick.com
