Brown Rudnick Charitable Foundation Corp. Elects Three New Board Directors at Foundation's Annual Meeting

Boston, MA, March 2, 2015 – The Brown Rudnick Charitable Foundation Corp., a non-profit, tax-exempt entity established by attorneys from the law firm of Brown Rudnick LLP, elected three new Board Directors during its Annual Meeting on February 18, 2015. Each of the following Brown Rudnick attorneys will serve a three-year term:

 Andrew Dash, Director (New York office)
 Omega Poole, Director (London office)

The Board also voted to re-elect the following Brown Rudnick attorneys as Board Officers and Directors, each to a three-year term:

These Board Members join current Foundation Directors Catherine Castaldi (Orange County), Linda Marcus (New York), Edward Pare, Jr. (Providence), Christian Toms (London), and Kiersten Taylor (Boston), in advancing the Foundation’s grant programs, which are designed to improve inner-city education. Foundation President Jeff Jonas, speaking for the Board, also thanked departing Director Mary Bucci for her six years of service and praised her for the wonderful work she had done chairing the Foundation's Grants Committee.

Since its inception in 2001, the Foundation has awarded millions of dollars in educational grants, and through the law firm of Brown Rudnick, generated hundreds of hours in pro bono representation and volunteer support.
