Brown Rudnick’s Clara Krivoy Named to Latinvex’s Latin America’s Top 100 Female Lawyers List

Clara Krivoy, a partner in Brown Rudnick's New York office and head of the firm's Ibero-America Private Client practice, has been named as one of Latin America's Top 100 Female Lawyers by Latinvex. This is Clara's third consecutive year making the Latinvex list.

Clara was selected to the list based on her strong professional reputation for providing legal advice and support to individuals, families, family offices and their holdings having interests in Latin America, as they maintain or look to establish an international presence. Clara has represented numerous domestic and foreign clients in corporate and securities matters, debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, bank lending, joint ventures, startups structuring, financing, global tax planning, and regulatory compliance, as well as cross-border litigation and arbitration matters. Clara also has extensive knowledge of Blockchain, tokenized ecosystems and smart contracts.
