Particular areas of focus in the guide include the process of a corruption investigation, the powers regulators hold, and the steps companies can take with regards to ensuring compliance and minimizing liability. Key legislation covered includes the UK Bribery Act 2010, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention, and the anti-corruption regimes in other jurisdictions around the world.
